Monitoring instances

The Wazuh agent is cross-platform compatible, meaning it can run on Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoints. It collects data on different systems and applications and ensures the instance benefits from other Wazuh capabilities, such as File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) and Security Configuration Assessment (SCA). It sends this data to the Wazuh manager through an encrypted, authenticated channel.

You can install the Wazuh agent on the virtual machines in your Microsoft Azure environment. Monitoring Microsoft Azure virtual machines with the Wazuh agent helps ensure comprehensive security and performance oversight, enabling early detection of potential threats and operational issues in dynamic cloud environments.
